City Hall Schoeneberg is the largest city hall of Berlin. The listed building was built in 1914 and extended in 1921. The main wing contains 6 large meeting halls mostly covered with decorated wooden panels, accessible by a double story grand stairway galery. The building has a net flor area of 45.500 sqm.

For the comprehensive expertise on all reconstruction needs of the building, city hall was completely inspected, including all technical devices.
